RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from RAW MUSEUM, however in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you are able to return it in its original packaging,  within our 7 days return policy.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at sales@rawmuseum.com or by using any of the methods on our Contact Us page at rawmuseum.com and we will be able to help you.

In the event that you are returning an order because you have changed your mind unfortunately Raw Museum will not be able to refund the cost of returning the order to us.  Please wrap and package the items very securely and use an insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit.  We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.  If you decide to return your ENTIRE order to us within 7 working days we will also refund your initial postage and packing charge inline with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment.  We will endeavour to issue refunds on receiving the goods back in the perfect condition and in their original packaging within 3 working days.  We will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued. 

Total liability for any claim against Raw Museum, however arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Raw Museum to the customer.

Raw Museum reserves the right to withold any refund or part thereof where it is believed that these conditions have not been met.
